THE VIRTUES OF BEING ALONE

"Its easy to feel the weight of being alone. Especially being an outsider in a city and observe as the world moves forward with or without you."

I spent a day wandering and photographing the city of Chicago alone. At first I thought I going to capture the beautiful skyline but instead I found myself captivated by the people of Chicago against the city's giant skyscrapers.

WAITING TIME

"The challenge was to find an entire outfit (i only had time for one store) and then find some kind of way to do a photoshoot and make a video by myself within this time frame."

Since I spend a lot of time finding models to photograph and photographers to photograph me , it was inevitable that I befriend at least a few of them . One of my new joys is to hang out with a group of creative and fashion forward friends and just hang out with an intention , but no obligation, to photograph or model .
